Snorkelling activity: Envoys had the opportunity to observe the wonders of underwater life.
Malaysia's Bayer Young Environmental Envoys just completed a 5-day Eco-Camp in Pulau Perhentian Kecil, off the Terengganu coast, where they spent a lot of fun moments experiencing nature and the sea.  The 10 envoys went snorkeling, explored the island's rich biodiversity, and gamely caught their own squid for dinner. They also did a study on water management and quality monitoring of coastal waters and groundwater.  Other highlights included site visits to a turtle sanctuary and a windmill station, and studies on eco-tourism and waste management. Bayer's local partner, the Universiti Putra Malaysia helped to put together the eco-camp program.
